Shiridi Sai Academy Vidya Kendra for Skill Development is the outcome of a very strong instinct to provide employable skills and entrepreneurial opportunities to the youngsters. We are an expert group of Academicians, Professionals, Tax Practitioners, Chartered Accountants, Cost & Management accountants, IT experts. The next generations of leaders, many of whom are studying at University level are preparing to live in a fast, fluid and disrupted world. If they want to thrive in their careers and stand up as leaders in society, they need the skills & competence. Our programs devised in consultation with professionals and academicians and are highly experiential and exposing students to different perspectives and challenges.

It is a joint venture by two most experienced academicians, Prof. Shankar Narayana Rao and Dr. Srivats R. Our vision is to provide to provide employable skills at affordable cost to the students and youngsters to make them entrepreneurs in different areas such as GSTP, Digital Marketing, CRM, online filing of ITR filing, banking, finance, marketing, HR, etc.

We provide support services to the teaching faculty in different areas such as Faculty Development Programs, Dissertation/Internship Assistance, Data Analytics using SPSS program, Assistance in Research Activities, Assistance in Publications, Conducting workshops on various subjects in Commerce & Management Graduate & Post Graduate Courses, Conducting workshops on Research methodology, Conducting workshops on recent trends in Banking & Insurance.

We also assist institutions of higher education at the institution level in AICTE & NAAC related documentation, Foreign/International tie ups and documentation for recognition under 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act, faculty evaluation, student evaluation, etc.
1. SMT. KAMALA RAMAKRISHNAN :

Mrs. Late Kamala Ramakrishna, B.Com, CAIIB, Retired AGM, Canara Bank, had four and half decades of experience in Banking Industry in diversified areas. She was a multi-faceted personality with talents and various fields like Carnatic Music, Yoga, Rekhi, etc.
In fulfilment of her dream, SSAV seeks her blessings as a founder chairman in all our future activities and endeavor.

2. SHARADA RAO :
​
She is an entrepreneur and is aware of the problems of women entrepreneurs in India. She has many ideas for achieving success in life. She is one of the catalytic agents for commencing Shirdi Sai Academy Vidya Kendra for Skill Development.
​
She is passionate about helping small entrepreneurs find new and innovative ways to leverage technology and marketing to facilitate self dependence. As a highly sought after consultant she frequently shares her proven strategies.
She is an inspiration behind this joint venture for conducting various programs for teaching, non teaching staff, students, the institutions and the management at affordable cost.
FOUNDERS :
1. Dr. Srivats R MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D
Dr. R. Srivats is having more than two and half decades of Industry and Academic experience in institutions of high repute. He has published papers in national and international journals. He has also attended National and International Conferences and published papers in conference proceedings, some of which have won best paper awards. His academic interest is in the areas of Marketing, General Management, Analytics and Entrepreneurship.
As one of the Managing Partner of SSAVK, he would like to serve the education sector by providing courses to enhance the skill set of the student community in order to get them good placement opportunities and also to improve their entrepreneurial abilities.
Prof. Shankar Narayana Rao M.Com is a Professor of Commerce and a Retired Principal having more than 47 years of experience in academics and administration.
​
During this period service, he taught students of PUC to PG level in commerce and management education. He was a teaching faculty member for ICWA, ACS, M.Sc. (Industrial Management), M.Sc., (Information Technology), MCA. He was a visiting faculty for more than 10 years for JAIIB/CAIIB (part I and part II examinations) conducted by the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai.

He has attended national and international conferences and seminars and also published papers.
​
He was the resource person for more than 10 years in the Directorate of Social Welfare Department, Govt of Karnataka, to train the candidates appearing for KPSC Class I and Class II Gazetted Officer’s post in the Government.
​
He was the resource person appointed by the Director of Public Instructions, Government of Karnataka to train High School teachers in Commercial Arithmetic and Basics of Accounting.
​
He assisted 4 Ph.D scholars and 5 M.Phil Scholars.
​
He has written a book titled “Vyavaharika Ganitha Shasthra” (Business Mathematics) published by “Prasaranga”, Bangalore University.
​
He served as a Member of the Board of Examiners, a Member of the Board of Studies, Deputy Custodian, Chief Examiner and Paper Setter, and other examination related activities of Bangalore University.
​
He served as the General Secretary of the Bangalore University Teachers’ Council of Commerce and Management and also as the Ex-Officio General Secretary of the Federation of Teachers’ Councils of Commerce and Management in Karnataka.
